Each Spring and Fall, the Wichita Area Builders Association (WABA) presents the Parade of Homes. As a luxury home builder, we look forward to showcasing our homes giving all the opportunity to explore our model homes while enjoying our innovative new home designs and our unparalleled craftsmanship. Paul Gray Homes is a proud member of the Wichita Area Builders Association. We are honored to participate in the Spring and Fall Parade of Homes each year.

What Awards Are Offered?

Parade of Homes awards are selected by a panel of professional judges, who are chosen for their knowledge of new home design and construction. The judges assess each home entered in the Parade of Homes in the following categories. 

Parade of Homes award categories: 

• Kitchen Design.
• Master Suite/Bathroom Design.
• Unique Features.
• Landscaping Design.
• Decorating/Merchandising/Color.
• Effective Design.
• Pick of the Parade.

 

The award categories are broken down by price range, the lowest of which is $150,000 and the highest of which is over $1,000,000. The most prestigious award is the Pick of the Parade. Winners of this prize include those with the most points overall in each category.

Our Awards From the Parade of Homes

In addition to category awards, Paul Gray Homes is honored to be named Pick of the Parade award winners in 2019, 2020 and 2021.

2021 Spring Pick of the Parade award winner- Amora model home in Edgewater.

Fall Wichita Parade of Homes 2020, our stunning Amora and Verona homes won Pick of the Parade awards. Additionally, Amora took home the Effective Design and Master Suite & Bath awards, while Verona claimed the Master Suite & Bath award.

Paul Gray Homes Brittany, Verona and Gianna model homes were awarded Pick of the Parade during the Fall 2019 Parade of Homes.  

In the 2018 Fall Parade of Homes, our Elena home won awards in these categories:
